Are you still waiting for that app update, hm? So am I...
The bumps on the road to this release are more plentyful than my programmer thought. He achieved a lot during the last weeks, but new issues kept popping up. So we all need to be patient a bit longer.
New and updated content was supposed to be released as part of the app update, but due to the delays The Conductor decided it's time to show you the ongoing progress here first:
Lesson 1 & 2 refined
In todays Patron exclusive posts (below this one) you'll find the new versions of Lesson 1 and 2, refined and updated thanks to your feedback. And even more important and often requested: They are now gender neutral, so that females can finally start their Mindgasm journeys too!

Lesson 8 Sneak Preview in #patreon-exclusive Discord Channel
Most musical themes and cues for the "Equilibrium" lesson are finished and The Conductor has created a 33 minute instrumental to satisfy your curiosity. The preview has no narration by myself yet, but the music on its own does a great job to get you deeply relaxed - or to start a session freestyle.
The topic of the lesson will be reverse Kegels. Though currently called "Lesson 8" it will no longer follow that old lesson structure but instead come in modules, that you'll unlock on your journey as you advance with your skills.
Part 1 will be for beginners, including some body scanning, breathing and awareness meditation.
Part 2 will teach you the basic reverse techniques and the "small squeeze" method to find your sweetspot.
Part 3 will be for advanced mindgasmers and will make use of all the techniques you have learned into a longer pleasure workout.

Other than that, currently big things are happening behind the scenes - which will hopefully end the slow motion development. I am very excited for this and will tell you more as soon as it is wrapped up. Thanks for your ongoing support!
