I use it in anno 1800, It just simply crash without any feedback. then I try version 1.7 which is capable of collecting some resources then crash with error feedback from DirectX. any ideas how to fix it? I use amd RX 5700 graphic card.

do it exactly according to the video. Knox 64 bit is put in a folder program files x86. And try compability mode in ripper settings
