Mess with the Dire Wolf, You Get the Knot
Added 2023-11-03 22:40:55 +0000 UTCWhat?! Another installment so soon after the last one?! Yup. Writing that last one as a birthday present for Rai really got my creativity juices flowing. I immediately wanted to write another chapter from Rai's perspective, with him and Ash's father, Stranník.
We haven't seen much of Stranník lately. Last time we saw him was in the chapter with Krosbar where he came in to give Ash a little energy boost. Well, here's a chapter where he's in the majority of!
In this story, Rai's plans for the day are cancelled due to his magic teacher being out of commission for the day. Since his father is still spending so much time "training" Ash, Rai decides to pay Ash's father Stranník a visit, partly because he thinks the old dire wolf needs some companionship, but also because Rai really wants to feel the older canine's knot throbbing inside him.
One thing I should also state is that these chapters might not necessarily be meant to read in the order they came out. As I develop new elements of the world, I get ideas for scenes that would better fit before a chapter I already made. I'll see about organizing my group for the story on FA and SF to better reflect this, but for now the way I think the story should be read is:

3. The King's Pup
4. The Bear Prince's Birthday
5. Of Pups and Bears
I think that's the correct chronological order of the story so far. It also works this way because it each chapter switches from Ash to Rai, I'll try and keep it this way for the most part if I can. I'll do my best to write more in order in the future, but I'm slowly figuring out where I want to take this story.
