BFB 16 and the future of recommended characters!

Here's how recommended characters will be appearing in the future:
BFB episodes will have zero or one recommended character scroll! Those will be for the nametags, cave drawings, and high quality recommended characters. As for relevant recommended characters, they'll be appearing in TPOT.
In the event that there's a backlog of recommended characters who need to appear (for example, right now) the extra ones will appear in TPOT. So, for example, here's where your characters will be showing up:
BFB 17: January 2020 Characters and Tags.
TPOT 1: February 2020 C's & T's, March 2020 C's & T's, and Relevant Characters from January, February, and March.
BFB 18 or 19: April 2020 Characters and Tags.
