This first diaper isn't necessarily finalized, but it isn't too bad, I'd say. That being said, surely there are other diaper authorities that may want to weigh in on the matter.
As the game reaches a point where certain progression can affect the cow girl's appearance, (possibly diapers, for example), it's going to create a situation where diapers obviously aren't going to visually work with every outfit that there is now and will be in the future. I can't at the moment think of a solution other than it being up to the player whether they'll want to override game progression appearance with whatever cosmetics they want. Alternatively, the game dictates how your cow girl looks.
For example, the diapers will won't be just for show and will have... "functions", if you catch my drift. It's possible to integrate functioning diapers into outfits that were designed for them, but diapers won't be accounted for everything, if that makes sense.
TLDR; Diapers are gonna be a thing.
