While the ringing out of hammer upon anvil is not an altogether unfamiliar sound within Jizzral - itโs nonetheless not the first thing one would expect upon approaching the base-camp outside the Sunken Temple. Among the myriad tents and pop-up taverns erected by hopeful adventurers and the merchants happily exploiting their gold rush, one often sees multiple apron-clad otters scurrying about - taking measurements, delivering supplies, and forging arms and armor for the adventurers that gather here.
The impish little critters are, in truth, members of the Demonic Legion of Dicksmiths, a guild of fiendish fleshcrafters that have set up shop outside the Sunken Temple to assist itsโ wanton tomb-raiders in their exploits, both in providing gear and modifications, and in reclaiming many of the cursed artifacts plumbed from the templeโs depths. While theyโre happy to deal in the common coin of the realm, the Dicksmiths also gleefully accept mortal souls in exchange for their services.
