October 2019 Patch Release [Patch #21]

The past month has been incredibly busy for me and I didn't feel like enough was translated to release during the beginning of November. The additional week has given me time to translate another 150 dialogs!
I also want to talk a bit about the patch creation process. Ever since we've begun using the custom patching program, I've had to manually create the patch files. This process regularly took between 20-40 minutes depending on if I messed up the v1.01 file offset in the patch header. It's a real drag to do, and really bogged down the release process. So, I'm happy to say that I've finally created an automated way of creating the patch files! Now all I have to do is enter the file paths and patch version into a console!
The patch is automatically generated and it only takes about 30 seconds! This might seem like a fairly minor thing, but streamlining the process helps keep me motivated, and could help get releases out when I'm short on time.
Now, let's move onto the changes this month! Overall there are 286 newly translated dialogs this month!
Changes
- Villager quest 2 (apology gift) dialog has been mostly translated!
- A few new villager eavesdropping conversations have been translated! These are amazing, I really suggest trying to find them.
- Islanders got some love too -- quite a few small-talk dialogs are now translated for them!
Next Month
As we get closer to the first public patch release on January 1st, I'm going to focus more on cleaning up areas that I've avoided to try and give a sense of polish to the game. This month I plan on completely redoing the date-time window to make it more friendly! As for other content, I want to do something different this month. If there's something that hasn't been translated or a bug that you'd like fixed, please leave a reply explaining it! I'll be using the rest of the time this month to focus on your requests! I'll also be translated dialog as usual.
