Nightly build 12/28/2022

We have recently had a conversation with Anthony Harvey (please check comments in previous post) about the possibility of releasing a "nightly builds" of the prototype for those interested in viewing out the latest developments. These builds are intended for internal use and are not meant to be considered as playable versions of the prototype, rather a sandbox to test unfinished/upcoming features on a different systems.
I prepared two builds for download:
To start, you will need to:
1. download and extract 7z file
2. run executable to load Level
3. press "Esc" key to access the main menu.
4. select "Play", then "Prophetic Dream (New Story)"
5. press "C" to select character to control
Keyboard controls:
- C: character selection
- WASD: movement
- Shift+WASD: running (very limited)
- Space Bar: jump
- I: start playing paired animations (only when possessing Lizard man character)
- O: switch to the next paired animation (only when possessing Lizard man character)
- P: stop paired animations (only when possessing Lizard man character)
- X: switch camera mode
- M: Slow down time
- Esc: toggle main menu
- F: action (talk for now)
- Z: "Radial Force" ability (only when possessing Lizard man character)
Features to review. Everything is buggy and unstable:
- UE5. Sewerage level has Lumen enabled.
- Water simulation. Please use "Radial Force" ability to observe more obvious results
- Characters locomotion. Motion matching
- Foot IK
- Saving system. F11 to save. F9 to load.
- Paired animations system. Select lizard man, and activate Paired animations preview mode.

Yes that is correct. Open the menu and hit Play and new story to load the characters.

2022-12-28 02:03:40 +0000 UTCWith the sewer area, I get a black screen and some sparks flying further away. Might this be because I have it running from "D:\Project Herald Nightly Builds\"? I'm wondering if the spaces or not being on C would be an issue. Of course, the last stable version is on drive D too and it runs fine.

2022-12-28 01:54:38 +0000 UTCI am missing characters in the beach area to select using the C key. Nice water though. Without a character I can't move around and test anything.
