[Herald] Development stage. Sewerage is back!

Project status:
- The Sewers Level is back on track. Looks very good with Lumen, but needs further optimization for low-end cards.
- Lizard Man got physics on his tail, penis and scrotum. Also, in some cases, the tail gets its movement from a key animation.
- The idea to use the Grapple Component was canceled. We have returned to our own solution, which is better in terms of animation timing, which is very important for this project.
- The character highlighting feature is back and works as expected. You can see this if the character is behind an obstacle.
- Character selection in co-op should also work properly
What to expect next
1) We've received an update to the Motion Matching plugin, which now supports multiple moving states. It's time to implement running animations for both characters.
2) I also want to work on the lizardman's defensive skills. It depends on what we see inside the updated Motion Matching plugin. Crossed fingers.
