Moving forward!
Added 2021-04-13 21:24:22 +0000 UTCWhile work new Floppotron is progressing, I am finally planning to rent a dedicated space in the near future and move the machine out of my overcrowded flat. There will be enough room to expand the noisy device... and neighbors will be happy too. I have already found some candidates for a new location and if everything goes well, then I'll sign a lease agreement within a week and I'll be able to move in around mid-May.
I am planning the assembly of the new Floppotron from scratch in a new place which will take some time and maybe I'll record something with the "old" one at home in the meantime. It's hard to tell how long it will tale, but late June is a fairly probable date to have it working if there won't be any interruptions and my design (which works "on the bench") will work as intended in the larger scale.
I'll post some more updates as soon as I have the space rented.

I haven't done the explanatory video mainly because of significant speech/articulation disorder. I don't see much value and don't feel too comfortable with making a super-mumbly video.
