I understand if he had a phobia of illnesses and the worry that comes with it, but the gf seems understanding and wouldāve mentioned that in her post. Thatās literally the one health thing u can google and not be scared of dying. Real issue: Break up w/ anemic bf. I had a toxic bf like this and it wonāt stop here. Heās jealous heās not with you because he is ~controlling~ Itās your sister for Fās sake. Heās not happy when you get home, he holds a grudge and wants to make you feel bad instead of cooling down like a level headed person. He said be safe and hung up to warrant you call him back, and as a level headed person with plans you donāt give in and it makes him upset he canāt manage ur every move. Itāll get worse I promise u that.

Literally get him a harness, train him better or find someone with a farm or a large yard in the country. Was the phone call really that important? Your dog is known to escape yet you take your eyes off of him. You can always call the person back, voicemail exists. If it was a dire emergency the person would probably try the fiancƩe's phone or keep calling.

As an owner to a very very difficult dog (aggressive tendencies after an attack by another dog, runs off, etc.) it can be stressful finding a solution that works. We tried behavioral training, it didnāt last long term. Even tried shock collars and what we found was even the minor jolt was burning her fur and flesh over time, it was horribly inhumane. And how do you rehome an animal like that so that you know 100% they arenāt going to be abused, sent to a kill shelter, or sold to a different set of people you donāt know. IMO if you have a partner with a pet you hate, to the point that you complain about it constantly and legitimately donāt care if it gets lost, you need to address that earlier on. Cause once you live together itās not āhisā dog anymore, itās your dog too. Even if I was 9 months pregnant, if my pet got out and I couldnāt find them I would be nuclear levels upset. Donāt get me wrong, yelling is never a healthy way to address an issue. They are called fur babies for a reason tho, they require just as much time, energy and attention. If they canāt agree on how to take care of a dog together, just imagine the fights when the kid comes.

Coming from someone (22) who has been anemic almost through out my life is not that serious. I mean it is donāt get me wrong but you could still go to an event. I honestly feel he didnāt like the artist and it was his way of trying to get out of it but he wanted his gf to be with him. Back in high school my anemia was super bad that I didnāt have like 3 pints of blood that I needed to have, I KNOW how fatigue someone can get and how dizzy but idk man. Also super hot take, I might even get some heat for this but I noticed men tend to exaggerate sometimes. Example, Iāve been a server/bartender since I was 18, long hours most of the time I would double. I ended up having sciatica. Now, I randomly get it even if Iām laying down, it goes from my lower back to my glutes & sometimes all the way to my feet. It gets super bad some times that I canāt even lay down on either side because of the pain. My boyfriend (28) has been complaining of back pain for months now, he finally got it checked out and was diagnosed with sciatica. When he told me, I told him oh I have that too thatās why thereās some nights it takes me hours to sleep and was telling him what to do to make it feel somewhat better (rolling ball with foot or rolling ball with glutes). He proceeds to tell me how non of that will work on him and also āno but you donāt get it, your pain is nothing compared to mine. Mine always hurts, mine runs through my backā and I told him again, maybe not but I am also in so much pain, just because Iām not always saying it doesnāt mean it Iām not.
