After a London Fog update with Randall Weddle, mayor Nova takes the rest of the girls to post-Civil-War New Orleans, where one brave and slightly insane man had the right idea for how to do reconstruction, which was: to do it, at all! What a nice story. I hope he didn't enrich himself to a preposterous degree while doing it.
