Here are some frequently asked questions / topics and information about my Patreon.
Secret Shop
Q: What's the Secret Shop?
My secret shop a special page on my online shop where patrons have access to past leftover Patreon rewards such as stickers, postcards and enamel pins! It is only available to active patrons, using a monthly passcode to enter.
Q: What's the passcode?
The passcode can be found under the "passcode" tag

Rewards & Shipping
Q: When are rewards mailed out?
Monthly rewards are mailed out after the first of the upcoming month. Usually a week after the first of the month because I need to wait for most of the payments to be processed.
Example: January rewards are mailed out in early February.
Shipping Estimates
United States: 1-2 weeks
Canada & Mexico: 1-3 weeks
International: 2 - 14 weeks
Unfortunately due to costs, none of the physical rewards come with tracking. If any rewards do not arrive after the estimated amount of time, please message or email me and I can mail out a new one for you.
Q: My stickers / pins came in damaged!
Please message or email me with a photo! I would be happy to re-mail one to you.
Payment
Q: How does charge up front work?
When a patron first sign up, they are charged upfront, and that payment counts for the current month they signed up in. Patrons also get access to all my older content.
Example: If a new patron signs up for the sticker club tier on February 15, they get charged and will be receiving the February sticker reward.
Then for the months after, patrons will be charged on the 1st of every month.
Example: They sign up on February 15, and then once March comes, they'll be charged on the 1st and so on.
Editing Membership
Q: What happens if an existing patron increases or decreases their pledge amount?
Patrons who increase their membership, they'll immediately be charged the difference between their recent payment and new membership value.
Patrons who decrease their pledge amount will be charged the new amount on the 1st of the month. They cannot be refunded.
