I think I'm going for the Ellie/Jada one, since I really like the idea (but I like all of them, so...^^). Too bad Steph didn't make it :(

I'm using Daz3d (it's free), but if you want to make a full 3D game where you can actually walk in I would recommend unreal or unity.
