This free video pack comes with 8 handheld presets that where created from real camera shots. There are 4 focal lengths; wide angle, normal lens, tele and super tele. Every focal length has a normal and heavy motion variation.

The movement was created with the effect ‘Transform’, which allows you to enable or disable motion blur on the camera movement. Enabling this, makes the handheld movement more realistic on your footage.

Versions

Included is a normal and a long version. Use the normal version on short clips up to 45 seconds. When using longer clips, use the long version which covers up to 10 minutes.

Do keep in mind that the long version is a heavy-resource preset and might slow down your computer.

How to install

Installation process is also shown in the video on top. Simply right click on your presets folder (from the effects library) and chose ‘Import Presets…’.

Next, locate the preset you’ve downloaded and chose ‘Open’. That will install it into the presets folder, from which you can simply drag and drop any of the presets to your clips.

You only need to install them once. They will be accessible with every new project you create.
