I hope you’re all well. May really whizzed by but I had a really nice month – in my personal life there was a wedding, festival, and lots more. The weather in the UK has been amazing!
It’s a quick update this month. In terms of the video, I ended up being busier than expected this month, and I’ve found getting back into the groove of writing a little difficult, perhaps because this is one of the more complex analyses I’ve done, but I’ve finally made a breakthrough with it and am happy with how the script is coming together. I’m behind where I wanted to be but still gunning for an end of June release date, or at least something very close to it. You can also see a possible final draft of the thumbnail below!
Otherwise, I only had time to watch one thing this month – Pop Star Academy! I’ve been a big K-Pop fan for a long time and don’t follow it as closely anymore but fell in love with Katseye after their song Gnarly came out, which led me to the Netflix docuseries about their formation. It was fun bingeable TV and morbidly interesting to see more of the inner dysfunction of the music and K-Pop industries. It’s nothing that would be particularly interesting if you don’t already have a curiosity regarding those.
