Added 2017-09-05 10:34:39 +0000 UTCthis is how I animate 'running'. I'd draw 4 or 5 running posses in red outline then I'd go over it again with black outline to fill in detail. I'd then have 4 pose to work with when creating frames of the character running across the background. this takes a while lining up the shot for each frame in a stop motion fashion using copy and pasting techniques.
