It's wonderful to hear you're doing better today. You most likely already know this but picking yourself up and seeking help from someone is not a weakness. That's a strength. You are strong and you're going to make it. *Edit* I did take the time to listen to this audio recording. Can't say much about it because I always had a struggle with understanding poetry. All I can say is it made me feel things.
