Milk production was up today by about half an ounce to just over 2 1/2 ounces for the day 🙂 Always exciting to get a boost. I still have a bunch to go to get back to where I was before getting sick and even further to reach my goals.

While I'm pumping, I wanted to give my specific things to remember when pumping. Listening to babies cry helps. I found a video with just audio for an hour of a newborn crying. Also, I always massage my breasts a few times while pumping and hand express a little after to make sure my breast is as empty as possible
