Today I had an online consultation with a psychiatrist. I made this first step as I have been depressed for more than 7 years. And it turned out that all this is not in vain, I have a high level of anxiety, OCD and possibly PTSD. I was prescribed antidepressants and Hidocepan. The first two weeks are difficult with these medications and I want to sleep all the time and feel like I'm inhibited, maybe there will be less content. But I'm happy with this little achievement :)
