This was never a problem before and OF still hasn't responded to the tickets. I can't take any custom requests for vids over 5 mins right now til I figure it out. I unexpectedly had to go about a month ago and start giving round the clock care to a family member who ended up passing away 2 days ago. There was no money for home nursing and while we were trying to get that sort of thing set up for their end of life care, things came to an end. But it's not a bad thing, necessarily. Their suffering is over and the whole family is thankful...
