Another chilly wet and windy morning over here! I got a bit of work done in the wee hours this morning. Skipped the gym today so I could focus on some other stuff. The weather has me on the struggle bus as I adjust to the endless rain that will be taking over my life for the next few months but I'm pushing through. Even if that means I have to sit in my car for an extra 10 min before dragging my bum into the gym at 8am. Today was back / arm day with a little core and cardio. I've been doing incline sprints which I feel really get the body feeling good!

I snapped a couple photos quickly while I was testing out my live feed the other night. I love playing with colored lights sometimes to create a vibe.
