I will choose sadness over bitterness & pain over repression. Walls built with bitterness last a lifetime where as sadness seeks to be understood. Instead of walls I choose to build a better me.

I will not lock my heart away, especially when it's broken, to be left alone, "safe", especially with it's wounds so fresh and unattended.
