VENGE - Week 4 [THEATER WOOT]

SORRY FOR THE LATE WEEKS. A lot has gone on, but a lot of great things have happened in the development hell of Venge. I got the theater done, it looks really cool in game and works so well. Theater entrance as well. I've been working on the backstage part of the game and the pinter build up, it gets crazy.

VENGE - Week 3 [Exam Week]

hello all you beautiful people, remember those goals I made last week? 

- Fully animate lucy (THIS IS GONNA BE HARD)

- Begin working on the lip-sync system and (maybe) animate some of it?

- Begin recording with the amazing Clearwater (Lucy VA)

- Get Section 3 DONE.

- Start working on the first dream sequence!

Yea, turns out my university felt quirky and i spent all week studying for an exam :/ (Which I got a solid 66% on! HAHAHAHA)

VENGE PROGRESS - Week 2

Loads of under the hood progress this week, but progress nonetheless!

The 2nd Act 2 beta came out and people loved it. Definitely an improvement! I've fixed the pacing and story issues, now all that's left to do is polish up the scene!

Act 2 has about 17 sections and 4-5 scene files. Each section is about 5-15 minutes of gameplay, which makes the act a few hours long. Each scene file has a few sections. The first scene file has 3 sections:

VENGE PROGRESS - Week 1

I've been struggling with Act 2, trying to make it feel right, so I've taken a break to work on Act 1 2.0. 

I've got the first 15 or so minutes of Act 2 done but it is nowhere near my standards yet, so I'll keep working on it and keep beta testing it.

As for Act 1, I've reimported the sets and I'm optimizing them like CRAZY. I'm getting a solid 100+ fps in the editor, which means like 150fps+ in the built game. THIS IS CRAZY GOOD LOL.
