Oat Hill Mine Trail

We took a hike on my birthday last month in Calistoga and were pleasantly surprised to see snow blanketing the mountains. We weren't able to shoot nudes in the most picturesque, dramatic spots because of all the people around on the trail, but I'm glad I was still able to find brief moment to strip down and enjoy the crisp, cool air against my skin!

We technically saw 4 colored sand beaches while on the big island: white, black, grey, and green (unbelievable but real). The problem with Hawaiian beaches is they are too beautiful to not have crowds. Luscious Lava

Sorry I'm a bit late to post this week; the truth is I've been relaxed to the max on the Big island in Hawaii and I totally shunned my laptop. Alas, I am now back home and back to the grind.

These lava beds in Volcano, Hawaii had this perfect, shimmery jet black color and fascinating, ropey textures. I was thrilled that we were able to find total privacy while enjoying the dramatic landscape, but not gonna lie it was not comfy to pose on those rugged chunks!
