The first part of a set that I shot with the wonderful Tayla earlier this year. It was a miserable day and we spent some of it dodging the rain (with the help of a cheeky Nando's for lunch) but we were both really happy with the results. All of these were shot using just natural light.

Photoset - Foxy Roxy

Roxy is a lot of fun to work with and arrived at the shoot complete with the ears and tail to go with a faux fur jacket I had that matched them perfectly. I had seen her promoting her site on her Instagram story with an image of the tail, and when I suggested it as a possible set she thought it was a great, fun idea.

My first shoot with Chloe

Chloe was a local model I had wanted to shoot with for ages, but at the time it looked like she had stepped back from modelling. However, one day she contacted me out of the blue, saying she loved my work and would love to do a shoot. Needless to say I think I set a new speed record for replying 😂

Sadly Chloe is rarely modelling anymore but I still have loads of sets of her that I have not yet posted on here, plenty enough to keep Chloe fans happy for the time being.

Anna was one of the first models I shot, way back in November 2018. We met up in London for a location shoot around the Brick Lane area. My confidence was low due to my inexperience and, although I didn't notice at the time, Anna was not feeling great either due to various issues in her personal life. A Life Update

Firstly an apology for my radio silence over recent weeks. Just over six weeks ago I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes, and I decided to take two weeks off from photography in order to get my head around the lifestyle changes I needed to make. Two weeks became four, and then four became six. Throughout this time I have only had the one shoot (with the fabulous Sian - the above image is from one of the sets we made), but I have spent time here and there working on edits. Models I have worked with over many shoots often say that one of the reasons they love shooting with me is my creative concepts and ideas. But sometimes I just like to keep things simple. Like these portraits of the stunning Jordan, using just one continuous light and a black "reflector" positioned camera right to enhance the shadow. Photoset - Portraits of Jordan

I recently had another shoot with Jordan, one of my absolute favourite models to work with. We did one concept set and then a series of portraits. I was keen to shoot a few black and white sets using continuous light rather than flash, which more often than not tends to be my lighting of choice. I wanted to achieve a softer look, with the lens aperture almost wide open, and I feel that this plus the use of the continuous light has given me the softer look that I wanted to achieve.

Photoset - Kizzi Does Sci-Fi (part 1)

A fun and colourful set featuring the fabulous Kizzi. Kizzi really liked the sci-fi vibe set I made with Sian where I had made a plastic chestpiece, and I was more than happy to make another one in a different colour.

The chestpiece was made out of a shop mannequin torso, cut down using a bandsaw and then sprayed pink. The weapon is a water pistol sprayed pink. I find making these items very therapeutic... it makes a change from the hours I spend at my PC editing.
