I watched the Minecraft movie just a few days ago. Needless to say, the first thing that came to my mind when I saw the chicken jockey was that I wanted to take my own approach to it. Firstly, it needs to be horrifying, when you see this in the night, you can't stare into its eyes and say awww, you need to be TERRIFIED. That's a ZOMBIE. This has glowing eyes in the night; you can see them from far. Their eyes glow red, and you know what you're seeing.

Common problems with Optimum Realism
This is a list of all the common problems and their fixes.
1. 'ENABLE CONNECTED TEXTURES' -
If you're using Optfiine, go to Video Settings -> Quality -> Connected Textures located on the bottom left of all those other options and enable it. If you're on Fabric, download the Continuity mod.

Optimum Realism R2.7.0 Progress update
The 27th version of Optimum Realism will soon be released in the coming month in the first week hopefully, and there are many blocks that I've been working on this month. In fact, I'd say that this has had one of the most numbers of blocks that I've added in a release - mainly because Minecraft as well has been giving out many new blocks in 1.21 - and I intend to try to cope with it as well as make existing blocks better, and texture existing untextured blocks as well.

All doors will be textured in the next update!
The new update will be coming soon next month, and the main star feature of it are the doors - Yep, all doors in Minecraft 1.21 are all done and ready for the new update.
Obviously, there will be there blocks, and I'll keep you updated on what's going to be added.

Optimum Realism 2.5.0 Updates
Over the past few days, I've been working on many aspects of the pack, to name a few, lava texture, trapdoors, granite, polished granite and chiselled stone are some of the main changes. I've also changed how the snow looks and added a texture for the snow side as well as working on some of the villager workbenches. I've also added sponges to the game
