I’ve been really wanting to make a blue set for a while too. I do a lot of graffiti work on the pieces I design, so the darker blue fabric caught my eye and I bought it asap. Sometimes I am super eager to work with some fabrics, but i’m not the type to waste a fabric because i’m eager. I like to sit and let the idea of that fabric ferment in my head. Not that everything I create is good, there’s trial and error. I meant more when the time is right, im going to pick it up and know exactly what I want to do with it. Not that I recommend you do this, but sometimes it’s nice to freestyle and not constraint yourself to a certain design. My paintings, fashion illustration, photoshop, designing are just freestyle 🤷🏻♀️ Placing pressure on myself to make something look a specific way, removes the pleasure of designing for me.
