C. The green balloon man is dancing, wearing a white coat and scrubs. (Greeting: "It's your Birthday! You do you.")
Post your guess--A, B, or C--in the comment section by Thursday, October 23 at 7:00PM (PST). The winner will be selected randomly from the correct answers and announced Friday, October 24.
