Hello! I'm Minho, a datapack creator. If you're reading this, it's probably because you're interested in some of my creations, and I'm glad about that. Now you might be wondering, how can I get them? Let me tell you.
HOW TO GET MY CREATIONS
I am offering download access to my creations through four memberships (and also store): Datapack Pass Mini, Datapack Pass Basic, Datapack Pass Premium and Datapack Pass Fan
Datapack Pass Mini
This gives you direct download access to the most recent version of some of the datapacks I have published here on Patreon. It does not apply to the first week of release of a new creation. Ideal membership to new members.
Datapack Pass Basic
This gives you direct download access to the most recent version the majority of the datapacks I have published here on Patreon. It does not apply to the first week of release of a new creation. Ideal membership for members that want to have my creations constantly updated.
Datapack Pass Premium
If you acquire this membership, you will have access to the version history of all creations available in the Datapack Pass Basic. Additionally, you will have one week of early access to new creations. And if that wasn't enough, you will have access to expansions of my creations exclusive to this membership, if any exist. Keep in mind that the creations published on my Patreon page are the ones offered.
Datapack Pass Fan
This membership offers everything that the previous ones did. This is ideal for members who really appreciate my work and want to thank me in some way, so that I can continue to create.
YEAH, IM GOING TO GET A MEMBERSHIP
Perfect, but first, you need to read the things you should know before acquiring your membership. This agreement is accepted upon acquiring your membership. This also applies to obtaining a product through the store.
1. I am granting you access to my creations; that is, I am sharing them with you so you can play them with friends, solo, or on your SMP server. What you are not acquiring when purchasing a membership is ownership: You do not own the creation, and therefore you cannot distribute, share, publish, or generate income from them.
2. You can modify the creations to your liking for a better experience, but you cannot redistribute them, claiming they are original content/modifications. If most of the creation is based on my work, then it still belongs to me.
3. All creations are extensively tested to ensure the final buyer (you) does not have bad experiences; however, some bugs/glitches may have been overlooked. By acquiring the membership, you accept and understand that this can happen. We will do our best to fix it promptly.
4. In theory, all creations should be updated with new versions of Minecraft for compatibility; however, we reserve the right to notify in advance if updates to a particular creation will cease.
5. I am a datapack creator. I do not make mods or plugins. By acquiring the membership and downloading the creations (datapacks), you will generally receive a .zip file containing a .zip file related to the datapack and a .zip file related to the resource pack (as applicable).
6. The development of the creations was done in Vanilla software, so I only assure and provide support for that software. Could it work with other software? Sure, but I'm not certain and not being an expert, I can't verify it, so proceed with caution.
7. It is your responsibility to test these creations upon downloading to ensure they adapt well to your environment, whether by doing simulations, making backups, etc. We are not responsible for malfunction without testing.
8. I do not guarantee an ecosystem or harmony among my creations; some may be compatible while others may be incompatible, mainly concerning resource packs or recipes.
9. The creations were made in isolation, so compatibility with other external creations (referring to plugins, datapacks, mods) is not guaranteed.
10. Memberships, and prices are subject to change, but I will always respect what you have paid for.
By accepting this agreement, you also accept that there are no refunds.
