Removed the New Enchant & Smithing Template. This version only includes the Shiny Trims mechanic
Notes:
Vibration Enchant & Smithing Template will be release as a Expansion of the datapack, and not as inherit part of it.
This version is not compatible with Rose Gold at the moment.

1. The gamerule 'doDaylightCycle' is forced for the datapack to function.
2. Added a function that informs the world the datapack is installed.
3. The grave now saves the items in the cursor and crafting slots.
4. Forceload is now applied at 0 0 in all dimensions to prevent GPS-related bugs.
