☆ If you have a full night sleep and still have hard time getting out of bed the next day, you are likely to have muscle fatigue.
☆ if you sleep for couple hours, than wake up in the middle of night, you are mist likely to have Fired CNS.
-Don't take caffeine after 2pm.
-get off social media before bed, we all know social media have too much stimulation.
-Keep lights low will tremendously impact CNS, recover from high intensed training.
