Six times I've redid that shot of Valkyrie. The final will have in-betweeners and thus will feel smoother. Because it is "content" I will be showing some of the process and maybe even a rought-2-this cut so that you can see what I had and what I was actually aiming for.

When the actual scene will have those echoey hoof thumps the need for muscle ripple will become apparent!

This horse behind has been redone about 6 times now. Starting from 「drawing off a reference video to just mimic the silhouette」 to realizing that nothing loops perfectly in nature and it should in my animation and studying muscle recoil waves and finally BREAKING THE TAIL INTO LEAF-LIKE SEGMENTS TO UNDERSTAND DIFFERENT DANCE ROUTINES FINE HAIRS OF A HORSE TAIL ARE DOING.

Have you seen Blender's DOG WALK game? It's so beautiful, making the 'speed smear running ground' with these fat pen strokes kinda makes me think of those painted paper (like actual paper!) assets Blender team scanned into 3D for the game. A small update! I've been uploading JOJ and some Fairytale to tik-tok and while the first JOJ clip to go viral had a rather special kind of tik-tok crowd, the PV remix comments even mentioned Tim Burton which is very much YES. It is Ganki Ro on tik-tok if you are interested.

My hopes are to finish GEOD short and SBR super short sometime into this year. Making money and LIFE is gonna be diverting my attention significantly but I do not know how to stop making MY films and tunes anyway so if this is what you feel good about - thank you for being here!
